ADVENT is an independent streetwear label based in Western Australia. When you purchase from us or sign up to our newsletter, you're sharing data with us directly — not a parent company, not a third-party retailer.
We collect only what's necessary to operate: • Name and email address — when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. • Delivery address — for order fulfilment only. • Payment information — processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store card details. • Browser and usage data — basic analytics (page views, device type) collected anonymously to help us understand how the site is used.
Your data is used strictly for: • Processing and fulfilling your order. • Sending order confirmations and updates. • Notifying you of upcoming drops, if you've opted in. • Improving the site experience. We do not use your data for advertising targeting, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Full stop. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. Ever. Your name and email are yours — we use them to run our business, not to monetise your attention.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the site: • Payment processing (e.g. Stripe) — subject to their own privacy policy. • Email delivery — for order confirmations and newsletters. • Hosting and infrastructure. These services are contractually required to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
