By accessing or purchasing from ADVENT, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
All products are sold as limited drops. We make no guarantee of ongoing availability. Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
All content on this site — including brand name, logo, photography, design, and written copy — is the property of ADVENT and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission. Purchasing a garment does not transfer any IP rights.
You may not purchase ADVENT products with the primary intention of reselling them at a marked-up price without prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel orders we reasonably believe are placed for unauthorised resale purposes.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact us via the Contact page. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADVENT shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
